Alan just didn't give up. He used everything at his disposal to avoid having to driil out the lock and, after much perseverence, he got the safe opened without damage. Then he spent two hours dismantling and overhauling the lock, leaving it in beautiful full working order. So grateful. Will definitely recommend.Friday 9th February 2024

He responded within minutes and then shared his considerable knowledge and experience very generously to suggest a course of action.
