Initially suspected handle issue and gave a realistic quote. Got to know the issue was a bit more than just a handle and requoted accordingly, coming in just a little more than another company had quoted for the handle alone.
Liaised with tenant to gain access and fit the job done as discussed, no extras, no surprises.

I called 6pm to have a door fixed and he immediately came over within 5 minutes to sort it out, I had initially had a quote to have a door fixed at ridiculous cost £90 but Mark charged me just a tiny fraction of what I thought he would charge £35 and got the door fixed and did an extra door which needed attention as well. I recommend Mark and his business for anyone needing a prompt response, reasonably pricing and most importantly very patience and friendly man.Thursday 17th June 2021
