Can't recommend Ira enough! Got here in 15 minutes and did a great job fixing my broken back door lock. Efficient, friendly and fair price. Wouldn't hesitate to call on him again!

Please don’t use this company! Called out & paid but problem not fixed so 3 days later I was stranded in the dark with my child 7 miles from home. When I spoke with Ira he refused to take any responsibility for the problem & would not attend. I stated that I was appalled by the service & informed him that I would write a poor review which is certainly deserved. He then messaged me telling me to go ahead but accused me of ‘not wanting someone of colour coming to my door’. At no point were any personal insults exchanged by either of us & thankfully my conversation was witnessed by others. I simply expressed how dissatisfied I was with the service I’d paid for. This ordeal left me really upset & very out of pocket. I have reported this company to Trading Standards & will also investigate why he is using a personal bank account for business. No receipts or any proof of work done are provided.
