Jonathan Lewis5 StarFrankly stunned - asked for assistance on a Saturday afternoon as two pieces of my front door lock had just shot out when it was opened. He was there within the hour and told me the pieces lost weren't needed - checked the lock to ensure it was functioning properly and was off again. No charge.
