All vehicles made since 1993 come with a microchip inside the car key (transponder), the transponder talks to your vehicle to ensure the car key is the correct key for your car. The man who answered the call was extremely professional, upfront with a competitive quote and was able to book somebody to come to my house within an hour. The fact that they were able to carry out the work + two keys for around £50 less than AA asked for one key shows it is always worth shopping around. Very good service! I hope I never have to use you again, but know where you are if I do :) Would 100% recommend James to everyone, he was so helpful and got into my car and cut a new key in about half an hour. He even offered and gave me a lift from my flat to where my car was parked as it was chucking it down with rain! Super friendly and efficient. We made contact on a weekend by text and had a response back really quickly. By the Tuesday morning the car lock had been fixed With a professional Friendly manner. Great van and good equipment for the job Amazing service. I lost my keys in town. Was a bit panicked as I had my 3 month old daughter with me. Called Auto Locks. He was with me in 15/20 minutes. Super friendly service, speedy and I was soon driving home. I could not rate him higher.

Very helpful and quick! My handbag was stolen with one set of the car keys in the car. Knowing how concerned I was about having lost my bag which had stuff with my address on it and the car key, Autolocksuk came out on the same day that I called at 7pm in the evening. The battery of other key was nearly flat. It was replaced without hassle and no extra charge. I highly recommend Autolocksuk!!!

Trapping my keys in the boot of my car is not the best thing to do on the first day back after a bank holiday weekend. My regular breakdown cover came out and was unable to get the car open due to the car "dead locking" and their usual tricks to unlock were unsuccessful - I phoned James and he arrived promptly and within minutes I had my keys back. The professionalism and friendliness of the service really impressed me, with the other contractor's attitude consisting of "no, nah, no chance" .. "totally screwed" .. "will cost you a fortune to replace" makes a bad morning even worse. James arrived and knew exactly what to do and I was even in work by lunch. Price was very reasonable, having been quoted £145 by one operator before contacting Autolocks Completely recommend. 5*

Called in the evening after losing my only car key. Of the three companies I tried Autolock offered the lowest price and quickest response time. By midday the following day I had two new programmed car keys. Professional and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
