Received great service this evening from Paul after a recommendation from a friend. A key had snapped inside the lock and was totally wedged in, leaving me unable to lock the door. When I called, he gave me quotes for different options and was out within about half an hour. Lovely guy, he was very thorough and provided me with all the information I needed to know as well as explained everything he was doing. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Great service ,communication and advice at a fair price. We were locked out of our unit today after a failed break in attempt by some low lifes left the locks unusable , within a couple of hours of calling them Paul and Shaz had it all sorted and while they were there fixed some problems we had with van keys as well .True professionals can't fault them

Our uPVC door gearbox mangled itself on a Saturday night with the door stuck open. Would have preferred to DIY, but the timing was just not on our side. Paul was the only locksmith of the 7+ tried that night who actually picked up the phone. Couldn't attend on the night but gave plenty of good advice on making secure until he could come out the following morning. Arrived promptly with a colleague when he said he would and had the job done inside an hour. Went the extra mile with new fixings to suit and ensured the door was operating tidy with the new mechanism that he fitted. Also offered (not pushed) to upgrade the existing ancient lock barrel at a fair price, which I was happy to take him up on. Very reasonable costs for Sunday morning work. I think he could easily afford to charge more. Knows his stuff, takes the time to explain it and genuinely cares about his customers - which is what you want above all else. His card has gone straight on the fridge for any future lock based calamities & will be recommending Baldwin to anyone who asks.

Amazing efficient professional service. Offered advice on phone to initially to try to save me money. Then came out and opened locked door like magic, Diagnosed problem of sheared inside latch. Replaced new lock and fixed new door furniture whilst explaining every element. Incredible service given , very friendly . I wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend to everyone.
