Super service! I called this morning and Chris came round before midday. He checked our lock thoroughly and was able to replace it immediately. Having previously had a bad experience with a different company, We came across this company to fix our unresolved issue. Chris’s communication was effective from the start. He managed to fix our issue and also made us aware of the problem by showing us In detail so we understood. Chris also managed to assist us with a smaller issue with our front door. Overall a great service from a skilled technician in his trade. Will definitely be calling Chris in the future. Highly recommended and a service with a smile.

Chris came to fix our patio door lock today…. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job, with no mess left behind…he also looked at a couple of other locks and gave his advice at no extra cost . An honest, trustworthy tradesman who I will be happy to recommend.
