Bryan responded promptly to my initial query and undertook my non-emergency work the following day. Communication was excellent throughout, especially helping to offer and explain the range of options and prices available to me.

I asked Bryan for help after my lost my keys and had retraced my steps like 5 times.
He was quick to respond over the phone and even quicker to get to me (he was on his way to another job but kindly told the next client about my predicament and they let him come to me first! Thank you!)
He was kind, my dog loved him (and that’s always a good sign) and he was quick. From calling Bryan to getting back into my house - 45 minutes on the dot. I initially thought I was going to cancel my whole day but nope - was back on track with little fuss, a new lock and new keys.
He’s also got serious drills, and he’s never come across a door he cannot unlock yet - which was greatly reassuring.
Truly cannot thank him enough.
I have his number and will keep his card in my wallet for all emergencies!
Cannot recommend him enough - and I doubt you’ll find better. Truly.
