Brilliant service! I contacted them yesterday to get an idea of costs and I called back this afternoon to book an appointment. Within 1/2hr of that call Craig had switched the door handles, replaced the lock and provided me with plenty of spare keys. Quick, efficient and reasonable. Definitely recommend and will use again. Fantastic service from Craig, i called him as I couldn't lock my door a week before Xmas! He was there in a couple of hours and fitted a new part, he made sure everything worked properly and even adjusted my door so it shut far more smoothly! Would recommend him anytime. ‘EDIT’ Out of the blue, my door lock went again and I called Craig back to see what the problem was. He came straight away, spent a couple of hours taking everything apart again to figure out what was going wrong to cut. Long story short the gearbox he fitted was faulty. Not the first one he’s had this happened to he fitted a new gearbox and also a new cylinder which he didn’t charge me for! Absolutely outstanding service And happy to recommend him to anyone!
