My key fob on the Range Rover wouldn’t work. Roy came out straightaway, he was able to cut me a new key and programme. Amazing service. 100% recommend!!!

Excellent service. I shut my boot with keys inside. Once the red mist cleared I contacted this business by phone. He stated clearly the price and when he could get there. He arrived the same day. Another local firm I tried earlier said 2 weeks wait but to their credit, they recommended Car Doc to me. I texted my address and Car Doc turned up when agreed. The gentleman (I forgot to ask his name) was polite and he opened my car using professional equipment without any damage. Bear in mind your car may have deadlocks like mine, so even if you try a DIY opening kit, which I considered, it might not work. I chose not to gamble. He was honest as well which goes a long way in my book, e.g: I had a spare key which did not work but he helped me with the battery which I'd fit incorrectly. For this quality service I would recommend to anyone even though it was a costly mistake to make!

Solved my issue over the phone at no cost. Could have easily just charged me for a new key as this is what I asked for. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thanks again Dave.

Wouldn't really reccomend unfortunately. Website advertises areas covered as Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Sheffield, but wouldn't come out to a Nottingham postcode last night, saying it was too far. Quick Google search shows we are 30 minutes away, and this was the closest company to us to help with retrieving keys from inside a locked car. Understandably call outs need to reflect staff willingness/availability to travel, but having worked on call myself (within a healthcare professional role), I wouldn't say 30 minutes is unreasonable travel time, especially if advertising that the particular area is covered. With locked keys inside a vehicle with the ignition on, I was willing to pay whatever was needed to help get our keys back. A rival company further afield was much more accommodating, and understood the urgency of the situation.

I was down with my car key and hopefully thinking of getting it repaired with someone online from London. I eventually got introduced to Car Key doc from my car retailer in Nottingham and got this fixed within a short time. I have since replaced my car battery with Car Key doc and will recommend him to whosoever may require his service.
