A massive thank you to Simon for attending at short notice - day before Christmas eve I couldn't get into my house as the gearbox in my door had failed- as simon explained to me they do fail and ware over time. Giving Christmas was less than 48hrs away and been locked out is not the best feeling I can honeslty say and you do panic. Simon was recommended highly by my nabour. From the phone call to simon and the arrival time to my property - honeslty was no longer than 15 minutes - super He got the job done very quickly and very professionally. As we was locked out simon resured - that he will get us into our home regardless. And not to panic & either way he sort it & fair play he did. he got the door open with no damage - and replaced the gearbox - he also re drilled my door as the lock was abit catchy - as he explained to me that the last person who fitted the door with the locks didnt do the best of jobs. But he put it write and made it spot on so the lock slides in and out with ease so if i ever needed in the future to change the locks who ever does it wont struggle. Also simon relined my door and made sure it was all how it should be 👍 As over the years they move drop and become abit loose. So simom relined door and all mew fixtures and fittings are nice and tight again. & - feels like brand new. Simon has really provided a Exceptional service with the little touches that make a difference personally. & Going that extra mile As Simon didnt have to do... I Will always use simon and highly recommend him to all that ask. Simon was very professional and is very knowledgeable at what he does. And such a nice guy & very friendly. Amazing service ! We rang chase locksmiths as we was locked it the house with a 5 week old baby. We was so lucky that they came within 10 minutes of calling and got us in the house within minutes. The service was good and friendly and even helped us with the door to avoid it happing again. We would recommend this service to anyone and they’re cheaper than other services.

Phoned them at half 9 in the morning, they were their same day fixed lock and broken door handle. Couldn’t be more appreciative as I was working away and wife n kids were home alone with a door they couldn’t lock !
