I’ve been a locksmith since 2009 after being made redundant as a senior production manager for the Daily Mail. In 2009 I purchased a locksmith franchise with my redundancy money and was fully trained by one of the best trainers in the country. After 3 years, I left to start my own company City Locksmiths Gwent Ltd & now I have now been trading for over 10 years.

In 2012 I passed my NCFE Accreditation in locksmithing to improve my skills, this included uPVC lock repairs, lock opening & lock maintenance. In 2017 I passed my MPL certification in “Lock Picking” and this included high-security cylinder locks.

Over the last 10-years, I’ve more or less seen most lock problems domestic & commercial in Newport and local area’s. I cover all local areas including Newport, Gwent, Cwmbran, Risca, Rogerstone, Usk, Duffryn.
