We had a problem with the front door that wouldn't unlock. Derek responded immediately to a phone call and managed to attend the property within an hour on his way to another job. Over the phone, he gave a clear explanation of the issue then suggested an effective repair which he also carried immediately. I was genuinely surprised by the efficiency of the whole process and couldn't be happier. He was honest, capable and understanding. I would highly recommend Derek to anyone in the Bristol area.

Absolutely brilliant service. I had 2 old external uPVC doors that were both severely slanted over, and on one the key wasn't working. He replaced the lock and straightened both doors in no time, very knowledgeable! And lovely guy as well, highly recommend
