James Swindells5 StarMy son locked his car key in his car. Made the call, arranged to meet him an hour later and he showed up bang on time (a few minutes early actually). Did the job quickly, took the payment (he takes all cards) and gave good advice on getting a new key.
Bottom line is my son's a div but this guy is punctual, efficient and well worth the money👍Monday 21st March 2022
Mr R Norrington5 StarNeeded a spare key for my BMW as the car only came with one when I bought it second hand. Then this one actually started playing up and would not remotely lock, so had to go.
Made contact with Chris, found him supremely helpful and knowledgeable, and ordered 2 replacement keys. He quoted, turned up exactly when booked and cut & programmed 2 new keys in less than 15 minutes. Both keys look exactly like my original BMW key, all functions work and best of all, the combined cost of the call out and both keys was less than the price of a single key from a main dealer.

Ralph Brown5 StarWhen the remote key fob for my 2016 Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost started working only intermittently I changed the battery but that made no difference. Having only the one key fob and not wanting to go to a Ford main dealer I searched on the Internet for a mobile local locksmith who specialised in cutting new keys and programming electronic key fobs to the customer's vehicle and found Chris who trades as Doctor Car Keys. After reading the reviews that previous customers had posted and looked in detail at his website I gave Chris a call. He asked me to send him a photograph of the key fob as 2 different types were used on the 2016 Focus and this I duly did. The next day Chris came to my house in his well fitted out van and supplied me with a Ford pattern key fob and programmed it to operate on my vehicle. He also cut for me 2 emergency keys that fit inside the key fobs and confirmed that the cheap pattern key fob that I had bought on the Internet could not be programmed as it was the wrong type for my particular car. So I am now able to return it to the seller and obtain a refund. I found Chris a very friendly and efficient person and I will be recommending him to my local friends who have car key problems.Friday 17th December 2021
