Abu Sufian1 StarI had a Ghost Immobiliser 2 fitted on my vehicle and after collecting the vehicle from Eyedon, noticed a number of scratches and dents on the interior panel on the passengers front side of the vehicle. After reporting this to Eyedon, they did not even bother to call me back as a courtesy to try and rectify the situation and denied all knowledge of how the scratches and dents got there. Definitely not a company I would recommend.

I've attached some pictures of the scratches and dents on the vehicle. The owner claims these are pre existing footmarks, which is quite laughable when you see the pictures. It is clear a tool of some sort was used to either remove or reattach the covering / panel onto the vehicle. I even confirmed with the engineer at the time of handover that the immoibilser was fitted in the area behind the panel. Perhaps I should have been more vigilant and throughly inspected the vehicle on collection, however wasn't expecting an established company like Eyden's to carry out an installation in such a poor manner. I would have more respect for the company if they actually took responsibility and actually listened to their customers concerns as apposed to trying to play the blame game.
Futhermore, removing the immobilser now and showing me how it's done is of no benefit, as the damage has already been done now and the company are not willing to take any responsibility for it.
Just very disappointed overall. Will ensure to tell all my followers and friends to avoid using this company going forward.Monday 12th February 2024
Barry Rushton5 StarArranged to have the ghost system fitted, I was offered a number of dates to have the work carried out by Eyden. Sarah gave me a call the day before the appointment date. Cameron came out arriving right on time to my location, explaining what he was going to do and got straight to work. Once completed he took me step by step through the operation, downloaded the app to my phone, insured it was working perfectly. The app is an option the system works with or with without. Cameron gave me his contact details in case I forget something although all the relevant information is in the owners manual. All my certificates have arrived. All in all it’s been a easy process, friendly professional, service from start to finish thank you.Friday 17th May 2024

Then there was an article on television about locksmiths that are members of master locksmith association and did a search on the website and Eydens appeared. I got an estimate and a polite gentleman arrived within the hour. Lock replaced ,tidy job and one year guarantee. And it was the most competitive price. ThanksThursday 25th April 2024
Natalie Stansfield1 StarReally unprofessional say its one price on the phone turn up to you house do the job and say it a different price and refuse to leave without the extra cost paid for for example I had a door handle replaced and I was not refused to be able to shut my front door without the extra cost being paid first my children in the house were getting cold and neighbours aware of the situation really not Happy with this service now for leaving a bad review we are receiving numerous calls telling us to take the post down and threatening to come back to my adress always make sure you get a invoice proof of payment from this company!
