Andi Downes5 StarNeeded a locksmiths for the very first time for an issue with our back door. Fortunately I contacted Fensome. They arrived at the agreed time and solved the issue quickly. Rob the locksmith who attended was polite, professional, respectful of our property, tidied up when finished and even checked our front door which was causing a problem as well. jer terr5 StarHad a key stuck in my front door. In addition, the door had shifted over time and was generally tricky to close and to lock. It was easy to make an appointment with Fensomes and they arrived early, changed the relevant parts of the lock and got the door working much better than it has for years. He gave advice over the phone that meant I could secure the door to attend an appointment I had to leave immediately for and arrived to meet me at my flat on my return to fully fix issue. Kristina White5 StarBig thanks to Rob who came to rescue me, and I managed to gain entry into my own home after my 14-year-old daughter left the key in the door and I could not get in, we made a lot of noise gaining entry and my 14-year-old still did not wake up so I gave her the invoice this morning!!! 😂🤦🏻♀️
