What an absolute pleasure to have someone genuine and honest to come and repair my broken PVC door lock. Very efficient, very prompt and an exceptionally good service. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you again for making me laugh so much! And also for taking time to adjust my front door too - I’m glad it annoyed you! All included in the service. What a magnificent gem of a company I’ve discovered.

I really couldn't be happier with the excellent service I've received from Simon and the team at Happy Locks. I bought a new house and I wanted to get the locks changed for extra peace of mind. Simon was efficient and friendly. He showed me all the extra safety features of the new locks he was installing, and he even adjusted my door while he was at it because it was catching at the top of the frame. I wasn't sure whether to get some internal locks fitted for extra safety, but Simon weighed up the pros and cons with me and we decided against it. I really appreciated his genuinely honest advice, as some contractors would have talked me into it just to make a bit more money. Excellent service, lovely people, and very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend. :)
