All vehicles made since 1993 come with a microchip inside the car key (transponder), the transponder talks to your vehicle to ensure the car key is the correct key for your car. Having locked ourselves out of our Peugeot 107, we contacted Infinity Auto Locksmith for a quote. The man who answered the call was extremely professional, upfront with a competitive quote and was able to book somebody to come to my house within an hour. The fact that they were able to carry out the work + two keys for around £50 less than AA asked for one key shows it is always worth shopping around. Very good service! I hope I never have to use you again, but know where you are if I do :) Would 100% recommend James to everyone, he was so helpful and got into my car and cut a new key in about half an hour. He even offered and gave me a lift from my flat to where my car was parked as it was chucking it down with rain! Super friendly and efficient. We made contact on a weekend by text and had a response back really quickly. By the Tuesday morning the car lock had been fixed With a professional Friendly manner. Great van and good equipment for the job Amazing service. I lost my keys in town. Was a bit panicked as I had my 3 month old daughter with me. Called Auto Locks. He was with me in 15/20 minutes. Super friendly service, speedy and I was soon driving home. I could not rate him higher.

I'd recommend to anyone. Replacement key made and ignition on before I got back with a brew! James fit me in at very short notice and even offered to pick me up from the station. Extremely professional outfit, went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. Most importantly, someone was always there at the end of the phone to answer my queries and make arrangements. Absolutely first class service. Rang me back within a few minutes of me sending a text, turned up the same day, opened the locked van with no damage and cut and programmed a new key for me, all for a very reasonable fee. Wouldn't hesitate to use Infinity again and recommend to anyone that needs any car key service.

Absolutely awful, Messaged to get a price and date for a spare key a couple of days ago, Not heard a thing obviously couldn't give a damn! Never mind though, messaged another local company who got back to me within a few minutes, priced the job and confirmed attendance all in the same day (happy days). Do yourselves a favour look around as there are more reliable people local.
