I was referred to Ken’s Autos from another autolock smith. The key on my golf was stuck in the ignition, I contacted them and was told they could fix the issue for me same day and visit my property to do so. They arrived early afternoon and was able to start my car and said it would be easier if they took it to their workshop. About 1.5 hours later I got a call to say it was done and willing to drop it back off again. First class service and can’t fault them.

After snapping the tip of my car key off, having a mobile car lock smiths were unable to resolve the issue, even though they did their best. They put me in touch with "Kens Auto Spares" It was sorted out in a matter of minutes. It was a huge help,they are courteous and had had other options if they couldn't resolve it. I cannot thank them enough. 11 out of 10.

Trading on ebay as "Doctor-Car". They advertise parts for sale online they dont have in stock so no good if you need parts in a timely fashion. I ordered some parts online due to be delivered on Saturday, after much chasing they eventually replied and admitted they didnt have them but promised they would get them in and disptach them on Monday, then late last night they cancelled my order without explanation. Needless to say, thats pretty terrible customer service.
