I contacted Shaun and he came straight away. This car of mine has been a little frustrating for us all but Shaun just got on with it in a very calm and professional manner. David Wooldridge5 StarWhat can I say. I don't think I've ever had such a caring service that truly did go above & beyond!
After losing my keys on a night-out in Liverpool I was stranded. I needed to go to Sheffield the following day, then finally return to the South West that following evening.
Shaun came out on the Saturday to my car stationary in a multi-story car park. Unfortunately it couldn't be unlocked at the time and would require another visit the following day.
Understanding my schedule, he came out in the early hours to finish the job. My particular car brand wouldn't recognise the universal key that had been sourced, therefore I was still stuck.
Most would have just left me there but not Shaun. He offered to drive me back to the South West, collect my spare key and then return to Liverpool that same morning - INCREDIBLE! (Name me any other person or organisation that would have done that?!)
Once returned after a 4 hour journey, my car was restarted and I was away once more!
I appreciated the straight talking honesty of Shaun and how he went completely out of his way - ON HIS DAY OFF - To help me in my time of need.

Bernard Mullaney5 StarAbsolute Satisfied Customer. They came just one hour after I contacted them. My issue was not easy to fix. It took a while for him to locate the necessary information from the Internet as my car was very very old. He persisted until he got all the information.
His cost was very low, I did expect a much higher price.
