Jourdan came to our rescue in speedy time when we unfortunately found ourselves locked out of our home with two children. He was very friendly and professional. We have worked with Jourdan on a number of jobs and will continue do to so for any northwest stuff. He's brilliant. Friendly service and great communication throughout. He is willing to squeeze you in where its an emergency and always seems to answer his phone. If you need a locksmith, then do not hesitate to call him.

Very reasonably priced, efficient and professional! My bifold doors had broken and I was unable to open them or lock them properly and had been waiting for just over 7 weeks for the company I bought them from to come and fix them for me. Having been messed around several times I wasn't very hopeful that they were going to be fixed but I thought I'd ring round to see anyway. I rang Jourdan on Saturday morning and discussed the issue. He was extremely understanding and reassured me that he would get it sorted for me. It is now Tuesday afternoon and the door is completely fixed! Jourdan was professional, efficient and just generally very kind. He explained in detail why my door had broken and where, he promptly fixed the issue and even adjusted my door for me so that it would open and close more smoothly. I honestly can't thank him enough because my door has not been secure for so long and has been a constant worry for me as I live on my own. Thank you much Jourdan- 100% recommend him and would definitely use his services again :)

Responsive, very quick service and reasonably priced. Called during a bank holiday after being locked out and trying several different locksmiths. He arrived within 20 minutes and didn't take long to do the job. Would highly recommend!
