Steve came within 2 hours, sorted out the door with minimal fuss, explained the issue and in the end the payment was easily resolved via weblink.

Lockfit has come to my aid twice now; once when my Dad had fallen and left the latch on and we couldn’t get in and once when the door got stuck and so none of his carers could get in.
