Jon K5 StarOutstanding service. I rang locks in the city with an issue about my double glazed doors not letting the key turn to lock them, and I agreed a time and a price. He was there bang on time, he was polite and professional and showed me exactly what was wrong. He showed me that the hinges were loose and because of that the door was not sitting properly in the frame, something that I'd not spotted despite trying to save a couple of quid and fix it myself!
