He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely) very helpful and fixed the problem with the door lock with ease. The work was completely quickly and skillfully, and the rates were fantastic.
Mark resolved the issue (another locksmith told me, the same morning, that it couldn't be fixed without bringing in a carpenter), guaranteed the work, and left a business card with his contact details for future reference in case I needed to contact him. Alessa Dax5 StarMy back PVC door would not unlock and my front door had a loose keyhole with handle.
Although it was not an emergency, when I WhatsApped Mark about the problem, he made an appointment for the next day. My back door needed a new mechanism because the old one had broken and was impeding the locking mechanism. He went out to buy a new one, fitted it, and got it working and the front door sorted.
Mark is extremely knowledgeable, his work was impeccable, done with no delays, and at a good price. I definitely recommend him and shall let my friends know as well.Tuesday 23rd April 2024

David Christopher5 StarMy wife couldn't get her key to work this morning on our front door. After Googling , I came across Mark who had great reviews about quick response times and fair and honest pricing. Reviews were true. Within a couple of hours of calling, Mark was here giving advice on the best replacements (internal mechanism had broken) and 20 mins later the lock was replaced. Fantastic service !
