As the issue was not an emergency situation I was very happy with that turn around. Manual fixed the intial problem and answered other lock related questions and tightened other locks/handles around the property as well. Andy Davis5 StarMy initial call was answered quickly, and I was assured my lock could be fixed or replaced.
Arrival was within the time frame given and work carried out quickly to replace the lock on my front day. He also realigned everything so the door closed smoothly.
Service was polite and friendly, and I felt comfortable he knew what he was doing.
