I had to arrange a visit to an office unit to replace one broken lock. The engineer arrived on time and fixed the issues- the shop had offered to sell the units for diy fitting to save my costs. Site visit etc but it was well worth paying for the visit and experience. Would definitely use them again.

They were very helpful as I needed to replace two house locks that were due, to age and dims. couldn't be bought from the usual suspects on the high street. And 10 days after one lock wasn't working took it back, and an hour later working better than ever, thanks Simon.

I’m in awe of the team's knowledge, expertise and problem solving skills! I inherited two Snap-On tool cabinets from my father and upon moving them carelessly broke one of the keys in the lock. I thought I may have to order keys from Canada, once again, but decided to try Morgan’s First. It didn’t take long before they had identified the key and proceeded to cut it for me. Took it home and yes it fit and I can now unlock it once more. Absolutely excellent first class service. I’ll be back for spares

Awful customer service. They fit a security lock for me the engineer did not explain I had to register it. Then they install me an alarm at an extortionate price 3 times more than anywhere else. Then for each bit he had to replace he will charge 100 pounds here for a kit that cost a tenner. I ask to decomision as it was a money drain amd for 10 minutes work they wanted to charge me 240 pounds rip off. To change my locks 350 so I went to Locksafe security the competition who were much more reasonable and fast. They rip off customers and my alarm will be decomisiined by 1 third of that price. I will never use this company again. The extortionate prices and arrogance with customet care of the engineer quoting 240 pounds for 10 minutes work. Very happy to never use them ever again. And the reply is just so unprofessional the engineer never contacted me 30 times. That is not a true statement of fact but is ok more of a reason not to ever use them
