I called the lock Smith to fix my lock and was quoted £50 for a call out fee and around £50-£70 to replace the lock, on arrival the lock smith broke the lock and damaged my door in the process and additionally quite me £470 at the end of it stating that that would be the cost including VAT. I was shocked by this price and refused to pay for this service and demanded a lower price and got it down to £310 which was still ridiculous. Looking at the new lock, it only cost £25 for a new lock online and I was £310 £50 call out fee and £260 for a lock that’s £25. I believe that no one should go to this business if needing their locks replaced and should look else where. They over charge by a big amount and do a mediocre job that is £100-£150 maximum and don’t take customers in consideration when quoting ridiculous prices, will not be recommending them to anyone and if any issues will not be calling in the future!

Locked myself out of my house, called here and a locksmith was with me within 20 minutes and I was back inside very quickly. Handy card-reader for payment so I didn't need cash. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
