Robert Turtle5 StarCame in. Said there were three reasons which it could be. The door mechanism. The door fit in its apperture. The lock.
Having checked the first two he said it was a delivery lock, 5 pins, only appropriate for preventing it opening during... delivery. He suggested he replaced it with an 8 pin lock.
