This family run business has been servicing our family cars for over 10 years. We have no need to take our cars anywhere else as the service has been superb. All of the staff are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We don't hesitate to recommend them.

Just been to Parker Motors and all i can say is fantastic. They were very friendly and efficient and sorted out a new key fob straight away for my sisters car. I have no hesitation in recomending them to anyone at all

A family run business so small enough to provide great personal service but big enough and advanced enough to tackle bigger and more complex jobs you'd usually associate with a main dealer. Not always the quickest turn around but I'd rather wait for a job well done than a rushed one and that's what you get. The only garage I trust with my pride and joys.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough - especially the friendliness and professionalism of Anthony Parker, with whom I dealt with. Having lost my encoded car key, he not only offered to provide a replacement *on the day I rang to enquire* but he also *drove me to where my car had been left* to encode the new key. Other, lesser, garages would probably not provide the same day service and would also probably make you recover the car to their place of work. And the price was exceptionally reasonable. Thank you Anthony & Parker motors!

I would have given 5 stars but had to deduct one for poor customer service. service on my vehicle was excellent but when i collected was told the bill was £40 more because they changed my wiper blades. i said to the receptionist that i wished she had called me because i could have done this myself cheaper as I have discount at work, her answer was "you can't to right from wrong with some customer's "very bad answer to a customer who unfortunately won't return because of that. same lady phoned me twice on the day I previously booked in, and basically thought I was lying because I Took my vehicle down in the bad snow and waited outside for 20 minutes no one opened up and my boss was waiting to give me a lift to work they did not open until later. she rang me at 11am to ask where i was as i didnt turn up, and again at 2pm to say I must have gone to the wrong place. i am no liar. Other staff nice though.
