Dave called me back within minutes of my online query message and quote request. Extremely friendly and gave me all the information I needed over the phone. I needed a locksmith really quickly and he turned up 30 minutes later. Very knowledgable and explained everything in full giving details on all the locks he had available so I could make a fully informed decision. Called SDS after the first few locksmiths I tried refused to come out due to the type of lock I had on my door (Ultion). SDS were great, came out within the hour, first assessed the options to accessing my house (which were very limited) and managed to drill the lock that other locksmiths said could not be done. Talked me through the process as we went along, very reassuring in a stressful situation. The price was also very reasonable, especially as it was a bank holiday. Top guy, highly recommended.
