JEREMY GRAHAM5 StarAfter phoning for help, having locked self out, Mark arrived in half an hour and had forced old lock and fitted new insurance approved lock in another half an hour. Mark was very pleasant and professional and no damage was done to the door. In future will get him to repair all doors as previous firm did less than competent job, only 2 months ago. Will highly recommend Mark to all.

Trudi5 StarAfter the lock broke on my front door, meaning I was locked in the house, Mark arrived within 20 minutes of phoning him. He identified the problem and replaced the gearbox from a spare he had in his van. After a few adjustments the job was done! Mark arrived within 15 minutes of my call to assist me back in. He did so extremely promptly and at a really reasonable price.
I asked him to have a look at options for my door (to prevent this happening again). He was really knowledgeable about options for me and suggested the cheapest ways for me to about this as well as local companies that could help if I chose to change the door altogether.
Really friendly, local, knowledgeable bloke.
Hopefully I won’t need his help again but I would 100% recommend and use him again if needed.
