Had to get access to a safe with an unknown code due to a recent bereavement, but was against the clock due to only being in the area for a short time. Paul was immediately helpful over the phone and let me know what paperwork I needed from the solicitors, then came out later the same day. He was super professional and friendly, and once the safe was open he made sure I had everything I needed before he left including reset instructions etc. Highly recommended!

We have seen Pauls work in both our workplaces and he is by far the best at what he does! This time we needed our front door lock changing from a catch to a key lock as we have a 3 year old that likes to let himself out frequently!! Paul is super professional, friendly and quick. Nothings too much trouble and he did a top quality job. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for his services.

I stupidly managed to lock myself out of my car before work last week. I googled locksmiths in my area and had three numbers to call. The first two didn't answer despite saying they were a 24 hr service. Paul was the third call and I'm so glad the first two calls didn't answer! I trusted Paul immediately, which is very important when navigating something I know nothing about. He gave me a great flat rate price with no hidden extras. He wasn't able to get to me straightaway but he kept me updated on his ETA. When he got to me he talked me through the process and got to work. Getting in the car was easy, resetting the lock was tricky and time consuming - this is common with Toyota Aygos. Paul could have just left the reset making the door lock unusable in the future, but he didn't because he's a professional who won't cut corners. There was no increase to his initial quote even after cutting a second door lock key for me. If I ever need a locksmith again, Paul will be the one I will definitely call. Thanks again for your excellent service, Paul!

After getting locked out my car and ringing numerous 24hr locksmiths I was recommended Paul from a friend. He responded quickly and was friendly and professional. Paul put me at ease and even though it wasn’t a straight forward job he managed to access my car and got me on my way. Can’t recommend him enough - thank you so much!
