My watch needed a new battery. I firstly took it to a well known chain, where the person said the job was too complicated and would take him approx. 1hr. So, I took it here to try my luck. The person working here is clearly very skilled, took the watch off me and within 5 minutes had taken it apart and replaced the battery. A very skillful operator and I would highly recommend. Do not waste your time going elsewhere, get someone with the skills and know how to work on your watch. Thank you Superior Services.

Cannot thank or praise them highly enough. They engraved some keyrings for my husband's funeral and they did a fantastic job at such a reasonable price. Not only that but their professionalism and customer care was second to none.

Stayed open to serve us, ordered in a purse in 3 versions for us to choose from, adjusted a watch strap before selling it to us and just thoroughly nice people. Happy to go back there and shop again.

Took my Watch in for just a Battery. Then I had to take it to have it repaired back-to Seikco over a £100 to Repair bill. Would I recommend not sure I would very disappointing .
