Poor Service, staff member had little knowledge. I went to have a car key cut in an emergency situation for a customer. I visited the branch based in the Sainsbury retail Centre. The gentleman that served me cut a key. I asked him if it was the correct key and he said yes. I went back to my business of work to check the key and it did not turn in the ignition barrel. I then made a second visit to the branch and explained my concern. He told me that due to it not being coded to the car it will not turn in the barrel, well we all know that's rubbish as this is our trade. Tried to recut the same key and handed it back, guess what? It didn't work again. I told him the key was not the right key but he was adamant it was. I returned for the third time with the car, in a huff and puff he refunded me. I didn't want a refund, I wanted a key cut for my customers car. He made no attempt to help resolve the situation. I drove the car to the branch on trade plates and he did not offer to help. Three wasted journeys made. He gave me my money back and said that's all I can do for you. Poor service, clearly uneducated about car key knowledge. Got it cut from Auto Recode for half the price and it worked first time.

This store is located inside Sainsbury's Store at Telfords FORGE RETAIL PARK It closes earlier than the main store and a barrier is placed across the Timpson area. The right handside of the store is the key cutting and trophy section whilst on the left hand side there is a place to have photos taken and dry cleaning drop off. We have had keys cut and shoe repairs done. It can be useful to drop items off for cutting or shoe repair. Then you can go do your Sainsbury's shopping and pick up the items on the way out. Staff always very polite and helpful.
