Roya Rashidi1 StarI have visited Timpsons branch at Sainsbury’s castle boulevard, Nottingham twice so far within the past year and encountered the same customer advisor. He always seems disinterested and any help with simplest query is such an ordeal for him! In my first encounter he was sat behind the counter looking busy on his mobile phone and although he did notice me he carried on looking busy until I intervened having stood right in front him for a few minutes!!!! He answered my question , in very few words, barely looking at me…. Second time I went in he was operating a loud machinery, again he noticed me but waited quite a few minutes before he switched off the machine and just stared at me!!! As if looking at an intruder!! He is rude, with an attitude and just wants to be left alone pretending to be busy! Shambolic!Sunday 15th January 2023
