Anna Pytka1 StarWent there a week ago to have a watch strap replaced for my watch, had even spare strap with me. Unfortunately the staff didn't even look at the watch, said they couldn't change the strap and also made me feel like an intruder. They were kind of unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. Won't be going to this particular Timpson shop anymore.Sunday 13th June 2021
