I had a problem last week where my front door handle popped loose of the locking mechanism inside, so even though the lock did lock and the handle turned, the handle wasn't engaging with the mechanism when I turned it so was effectively locked shut! The same thing happened on my back door last year which Andy at Wilson's fixed brilliantly, so I called him again for this job and it went great. He also realigned my door whilst he was at it as it wasn't sealing perfectly when shut. He fitted a much better lock than I had before, same as he'd put on the back last time, so I asked him to fit the same upgrade on my other external doors which he came back to do no problems. Nice swift service and a great price for both jobs so more than happy to recommend Wilson's, cheers.
